+SHOP MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1) Sales & customer care at our shop
2) All kinds of sales management works
3) Products, stocks and inventories management
4) Sales staff management and development (training, coaching and mentoring)
5) Display creation
6) Clients management
7) Reinforcement sales force
8) Build and maintain good long term relationships with clients
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese both written and verbal.
• MS office skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong responsibility for own task.
• Any past customer service experience is an advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
+ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
1) Accounts receivable & accounts payable
2) cash balance
3) monthly and annual statement of account (PL BS CF)
4) making statement of tax
5) drawing up budget compilation
6) drawing up long term business plan
7) constructing managerial accounting system
Education and Experience
• Accounting degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles.
• Knowledge of economic principles.
• Minimum of 3years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets,
Financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• MS office suite.
• Strong work ethics.
• Strong communication skills.
