Dear former Cambodian student who used to study in Japan,
As you may learn about the flood within our country, Japan Alumni of Cambodia is setting up a relief fund namely “JAC Relief Fund”. The purpose of setting up this fund is to collect cash or material from any individual who used to study in Japan; then, distribute it to the villager who affected by flood (probably in Kampong Thom province).
