On February 17th 2014, Dr. Vuthy Monyrath was invited to attend the reception party on the three Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) Vessels anchored at Sihanouk Ville port. He was warmly welcomed by H.E. Ambassador Kumamaru Yuji of Japan. The Ambassador also helped to introduce our president to Captain Koji Yagi and other VIPs. It was a fruitful event.
