Project for Capacity Development for Implementing the Organic Law at Capital and Provincial Level (PILAC 2) of NCDD with support of JICA contributes to advancement of the decentralization and de-concentration (D&D) reform.
PILAC 2 team is looking for a qualified person for the position of National Senior Researcher of Public Administration.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
– Master or higher degree in related field
– Minimum of ten years of research and analysis experience in the public sector
